There are endless choices when it comes to accommodation in Noosa. While we might be a bit biased, we still think Sunrise Beach is one of the best locations for holidaymakers, people visiting for sporting events and anyone planning a long tropical winter escape.

1. Location

Sunrise Beach borders the Sunshine Beach suburb and is located just outside Noosa. That means we’ve got easy access to Noosa Heads, Noosa National Park, Noosa Main Beach, Hastings Street and the Noosa River, by car or bicycle.

However, while the touristy areas mentioned above can get very crowded, especially during the school holidays, Sunrise Beach is quieter and more relaxing. This is where the locals come to swim at the patrolled beach, walk along the sandy shores and enjoy the sunrise or sunset.

Our resort offers the best of both worlds because by staying here you’ll:

Avoid the hoards;
Have a far less-crowded, but equally stunning beach, right across the road;
Be close to Noosa’s main sports venues (which is why sports lovers stay at our resort);
Easily be able to get to the main tourist attractions of Noosa whenever you want.

2. Easy to get to by car or public transport

Beach Breakers resort is set back from the David Low Way which is the main coastal road running along the Sunshine Coast.

It’s easy to find and fast to drive to because there isn’t any of the traffic congestion you get around Noosa Heads, Main Beach and Hastings Street.

Many of our guests prefer to ditch the car altogether and find that public transport is the best way to get around. If that sounds good, there’s a bus stop literally outside the resort, with regular buses running north to Hastings Street and Tewantin, or south to Peregian Beach, Coolum and Maroochydore.

3. Facilities

We’re one of only two resorts in Sunrise Beach and you won’t find any accommodation nearby with our facilities. Shared facilities for our guests include:

Heated pool and spa;
Barbecue area in a gazebo setting;
Full-size tennis court;
Undercover parking;
Free WiFi.

In addition, our accommodation is professionally managed by a friendly team who live on site and are here to help you at any time.

While each two-bedroom unit is slightly different in terms of furnishing and fittings, they all have:

Full kitchen – well-stocked with appliances, including a microwave and everything you need to cook;
Washing machine and dryer;
Television;
Private balcony;
Air conditioning;
Cable TV;
DVD Player.

4. Reasonable rates

Our resort offers competitive rates compared to other areas of Noosa where you’ll be paying a premium price for the location or address.

You’re unlikely to find large, comfortable units like ours at such a low price anywhere else in Noosa.

5. Family owned and operated

We’ve got kids too so we understand that if they’re happy, you are too. Beach Breakers resort provides a safe, fun, friendly environment for you to enjoy a family holiday and have a drink or barbecue by the pool while the kids play happily and make new friends.
